11. – Angel on a pot
The water spout at Langegracht 11 shows and angel on a pot. This image harks back to the old café ‘De Engel’ (the Angel). This location in the quay wall was very appropriate. Until the end of 2017, the Archaeological Centre was located here and archaeologists must have the patience of angels to restore the fragmented pots.
