12. – Nieuwland neighbourhood farm

Wijkboerderij Nieuwland (Nieuwland neighbourhood farm) stood empty from 2012 but in 2019 it was taken back into use as a community ‘living room’. It offers a location for the young, old, residents, business people, and volunteers to meet up. This imposing building is currently home to a domestic care organisation and childcare centre, and also offers a living room to elderly people with a migration background.
